RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY

30 Day Money Back Guarantee and 1 Year Warranty Returns must be processed by sending an email to sales@northernlightbars.com. If possible please reference your Order #. Please do not ship items back to Northern Light Bars without receiving return confirmation.

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

All items, except for Gift Cards, are eligible for a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If the product does not fit, look as you had hoped, or live up to your expectations, you can return the item for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds will be provided to the customer once the product is received and reviewed by Northern Light Bars. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on 30 Day Money Back Guarantee items. 

1 YEAR WARRANTY

All products are covered by a 1 Year Warranty. If a product is defective, faulty or breaks within the 1 Year Warranty period, the item will be replaced at no cost to the customer. If the exact product is no longer offered, an equivalent product as determined by Northern Light Bars will be provided.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping cost will be covered by Northern Light Bars for the following scenarios

- Approved Warranty Claims

- Incorrect product shipped to the customer

If Northern Light Bars is covering the return shipping costs, a link to Canada Post and an authorization code will be provided to the customer to print a label from the Canada Post website.
